DRNet®/Unified for HPE Customers – developing traction among GreenLake users adding NonStop systems
NTI
It will be hard to miss the presence of NTI at the upcoming NonStop Technical Boot Camp (TBC). As the first in-person event following the outbreak of the global pandemic, it will provide NTI with a forum to fully promote our product portfolio. As more and more NonStop users look for solutions to their data needs, NTI will highlight its new branding, some of which has already begun to appear in publications such as NonStop Insider.
With TBC 2021 NTI has the right forum to present: DRNet®/Unified for HPE Customers – your complete directly supported solution addressing your data needs! In this vendor presentation providing a solution for all your data needs will be in focus:
This session will unveil the central message of NTI’s delivery of a unified solution for all your data needs. From replication to integration, distribution and transformation businesses can depend upon. NonStop creates data but there are many processes and databases that can readily benefit from access to that data. With the availability of DRNet®/Unified for HPE Customers NTI delivers one solution ensuring all such access is supported.
“For the last two years it has been a noticeable priority among our global customer base that a single solution meeting all the data needs of a NonStop user, from a vendor like NTI, is much sought after,” said Tim Dunne, NTI’s Global Director Worldwide Sales. “In hindsight, it’s not surprising to hear about requests like this as there are now multiple demands being placed on NonStop systems and the data that is being accumulated.” NTI is looking forward to meeting with as many of our friends as happen to be attending this conference – look for us stationed beside our table among HPE and the other Platinum sponsors.
Looking forward to a return to in-person attendance;
will we see a similar turn out to TBC2019?
In light of how much attention HPE is giving to its HPE GreenLake program and of the work we understand the NonStop team has done of late in support of GreenLake NTI is only too happy to talk about recent wins with GreenLake customers for DRNet®/Unified for HPE Customers. While as yet we do not know all the details about this work by NonStop development, a quick check of the agenda for TBC 2021 includes presentations by GreenLake management together with news from the NonStop team of support of GreenLake metrics. This should be one presentation not to miss for all those interested in better understanding the potential for NonStop to more fully participate in HPE’s pursuit of “Everything-as-a-Service.”
This month there has been considerable attention given to a large GreenLake deal completed with perhaps the biggest Australian retailer. What stood out in the press releases and in the re-posting that followed to many social media platforms is that this particular GreenLake referenced NonStop. As part of the deal, HPE is opening up access to a multitude of product offerings but seeing NonStop listed certainly was encouraging news for the NonStop community.
Perhaps even more encouraging for NTI was how this customer extended their commitment to DRNet®. In so doing they join a large Australian financial institution that extended their commitment to DRNet® as they concluded their own GreenLake deals with HPE. What is becoming much clearer to NTI is that even with taking advantage of GreenLake, enterprises value their line-of-sight to key vendors, such as NTI. These customers see advantages in being able to directly influence product direction even as they are assured of faster resolution to any issues that might arise. The development of such vendor and product traction is certainly encouraging news for all NTI customers.
Whenever Gartner produces magic quadrants for any given product they always plot these products against primary axis of “Completeness of Vision” and “Ability to Execute.” This serves the purpose of separating those vendors who just have a good story but perhaps little else. When it comes to NTI and DRNet®/Unified for HPE Customers we have a track record spanning decades demonstrating ability to execute even as we have unified our products to more fully project a completeness of vision. In so doing, we are reinforcing our position of leadership in the NonStop marketplace fully capable of supporting any NonStop system purchase, whether traditional or as-a-service.
Expect to hear more about this at TBC 2021 as we provide more details on the scope of DRNet®/Unified for HPE Customers. “Attendees will hear first-hand about the expansion in capabilities now afforded them when using DRNet®/Unified for HPE Customers even as they will hear more about the ecosystem of partners NTI has attracted to the development programs underway,” said Dunne. “There may be surprises in store for some members of the NonStop community even as there will likely be a greater appreciation that even today, having a choice of vendors capable of meeting all their NonStop data needs will be a development that they will all welcome.”
