Early Bird Registrations Close on April 13th!

Following on from the roaring success which was the eBITUG event in London in 2017, BITUG is now arranging its second European event, this time it’s the re-branded ETBC (European Technical Boot Camp) in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Just like 2017, we wish to welcome the European and International NonStop community for two full days of insights into the latest HPE NonStop Technologies from HPE and all the leading vendors and users alike, so please join us at the Sheraton Grand Hotel, Edinburgh – 13th and 15th May 2019 for this flagship European NonStop conference.

We expect to have some pre-conference (Monday) options such as a Golf Day hosted and solely sponsored by TCM or Whisky Tasting tour etc., together with a traditional Beer Bust at the local BrewDog Pub in the evening, so there should be something for those that arrive Pre-conference day.

The Conference days (Tuesday & Wednesday) themselves are full days of Keynotes, Plenaries and multi-track Breakout sessions. We already have a packed agenda, mixed with an equal number of Vendor, HPE and User presentations, but if you have a story you’d like to share with us, please do get in touch by emailing collin.yates (at) bitug.com. We also have a much larger Exhibition area this year so plenty of room to mingle with the vendor sponsors, so we are sure there is something for all NonStoppers.

On the Tuesday night, BITUG will be hosting a Taste of Scotland Gala Dinner for all attendees (guests invited for additional fee) held at The Hub, a fabulous historic building right new the Castle, it will be a traditional Scottish night of food – Haggis anyone? – drink, a piper and of course traditional ceilidh (pronounced kay-lee) dancing with a cash bar open later.

Edinburgh is a beautiful City with lots to see and do, with plenty of Hotel options to suit all budgets as well as easy Transport options (Car, Rail, International Airport), come and join in the entertainment, culture, history and a bit of NonStop networking with your fellow attendees.

The price for the conference admission: Just £150 per Early Bird registration until April 13th, then still only a very reasonable £250.

All details, including how to register, event hotel booking and latest agenda (still in draft form) can be found on our website: www.bitug.com/etbc-2019

We look forward to seeing you in May!
