Gravic Publishes Recap Article on Connect HPE NonStop TBC
Gravic

In case you missed it, the HPE NonStop Technical Boot Camp was a resounding success! After a three-year-long hiatus, the TBC reemerged on November 8-10 at the Hyatt Regency SFO in downtown Burlingame, California. The event was the first in-person opportunity in a long time for many attendees; there were also quite a few first-time attendees. Both are very encouraging developments. The above picture was taken at a session hosted by Traci Brown, called “Liar, Liar, Pants on Fire,” a hilarious and enjoyable presentation of reading body language. In this case, Steve Terchian from XYPRO and our very own Paul Holenstein were the foils.
The TBC offered the welcome chance to meet new faces, reconnect with existing ones, and get a glimpse into the latest and greatest advancements in the HPE NonStop world. Sessions included dozens of technical breakouts, vendor theaters, and numerous developer chats and in-booth demos. For more information, please see the Gravic recap article, Connect HPE NonStop TBC 2022 Recap in the November/December issue of The Connection.
Please be sure to mention the next NonStop TBC event on September 12-14, 2023 in Denver, Colorado to your friends and colleagues.
Gravic Publishes Updated Article on HPE Pathway Domains

Gravic published an updated article on HPE Pathway Domains & HPE Shadowbase Data Replication – Perfect Together! in the November/December issue of The Connection. HPE recently announced the availability of a new feature in Pathway (ACS), called Automatic Weights Reconfiguration (AWR). This new feature is available in L22.09 Release Version Update (RVU). With AWR, the ability of Pathway to continue to provide application service availability in the event of unplanned process, CPU, or server outages is significantly enhanced. It is therefore timely to revisit this previously published article. It has been updated to include details about AWR, and how it improves Pathway application availability when coupled with HPE Shadowbase online data replication engine to provide a comprehensive business continuity solution.
Gravic Wishes You a Joyous Holiday Season and a Very Happy New Year!
