Infrasoft leverages experience in NonStop; benefits from partnerships
At Infrasoft, our team has extensive and in-depth experience in the HPE NonStop, software development, communications middleware and networking space, with our founders all having worked on the platform since the 1980s. This experience has allowed us to develop the range of uLinga products, a suite of very successful communications software solutions that run on NonStop platforms, as well as open platforms including Linux and Windows. Over the nearly 14 years that we have been in business, we have also relied heavily on our partnerships to extend that expertise, and to provide assistance with sales, marketing, support and other customer-facing activities.
Our longstanding partnership with comforte provides us with access to their strong sales and support infrastructure. Their large, and proven, NonStop sales team has historically been at the core of our success. They also assist with customer support, again providing a reach that would be difficult for us without their help.
While we have always partnered closely with HPE, a number of years back two of our uLinga products became the HPE-endorsed solutions for customers migrating from SNAX and X25AM to newer NonStop X hardware. uLinga for Enterprise Extender (ULEE) and uLinga for X25 (ULX25) are now on the HPE price book and customers migrating to NonStop X can purchase these solutions directly from HPE as part of their hardware upgrade.
Once again, this partnership with HPE allows us to reach more customers, and grow as a result. HPE also assists with support for HPE-purchased uLinga solutions, simplifying our customers’ support process and ensuring they always get the help they need.
The most recent addition to our partnership portfolio has seen Infrasoft form a close relationship with TIC Software. We’re very excited about the consultative sales approach that Phil Ly and his team bring to our newer solutions, an approach that has already seen a new sale of uLinga for Kafka in the US. We work closely with the TIC team, as we do with all our partners, to take on feedback from customers and prospects that constantly shape our product roadmaps, ensuring our products are a good fit for market needs.
We support our partners in many different ways. One of the key activities that we look forward to each year is the NonStop Technical Bootcamp, where we present our products and meet with partners and customers, exchanging information and sharing ideas for solutions that meet our customers’ requirements. After a couple of years of Covid-enforced break, we are really excited to head back to TBC this year.
