San Francisco, CA: Insider Technologies today announced the new Sentra Lighthouse mobile app, further extending the capabilities of its NonStop monitoring services. The Lighthouse service monitors key performance metrics of the HPE NonStop infrastructure, providing real time insights into performance and health. Status alerts, critical alerts and access to historical data are accessed directly from the Sentra Lighthouse app.

“We are thrilled with the addition of a mobile application that complements our monitoring platforms”, says Stuart Reyner, Head of Development at Insider Technologies. “Our clients are amongst the most demanding in the world. It’s important that we give them visibility of their infrastructure through current methods such as push notifications alongside traditional tools such as email and SMS”.

For nearly 30 years, Insider Tech’s solutions have been at the heart of their clients’ infrastructures. From the UK’s Central Bank to the most secure intelligence agencies, Insider Technologies is a worldwide leader in big data monitoring and batch processing.

Reflex is a dynamic Operations and Service Management product for the HPE NonStop arena offering a highly cost-effective monitoring platform used by some of the world’s most demanding organizations. Reflex’s unique design lies in its ability to pull together a massive amount of active monitoring in to a single set of screen objects, providing the means to diagnose a problem object in more detail via a context sensitive drill-down.

HPE NonStop customers employing Insider Tech’s Reflex monitoring platform can take advantage of the mobile application at no additional cost. The App shows a graphical display of the health of the NonStop’s CPU and DISK subsystems.

Users can select views of Physical and Virtual disks; Busy Processes and Bad Processes. From each item, users can drill down further to obtain metrics and any associated alerts, which are categorized into severity – Low, Medium and High.

The app is available on both Android and iPhone. Try the demo mode without installing anything on the NonStop.
