Thanks and Gratitude …

Following ETBC, TCM is feeling rather thankful…

Thanks and Gratitude … to all of the participants who attended TCM’s pre-conference golf day. Taking advantage of a small window of time in an otherwise full schedule, TCM’s golf day was an extremely enjoyable event, with a surprisingly high standard of golf on show! Our thanks goes out to all of the golf day attendees for making it such a fantastic day, and for the numerous messages of thanks TCM received for arranging and hosting the day. To say it was our pleasure is an understatement.

and special Thanks And Gratitude … to the eventual winner of the TCM golf day,  Kim Lee from CSP. A humble and well-deserved Golf Day Champion! Congratulations Kim.

Thanks and Gratitude … to the unseasonably good weather we experienced! Being a Scottish-based company, TCM can confirm this was not the norm!

Thanks and Gratitude … to the BITUG board for all the hard work that went into ETBC 2019. Glowing reports are coming in from all corners and TCM would like add to the voices praising this year’s conference. A superb event, excellently managed and very well attended. It is always a sign of a good event when a perfect balance can be struck between professional / educational endeavours and those of a more social nature.

Thanks and Gratitude … to all of the ETBC attendees who stopped by the TCM Platinum Sponsor’s booth to discuss all things NonStop and single malt whisky!

And lastly on a rather more serious note, Thanks and Gratitude … for the news that our colleague Natalie Horne (Craig), has begun her fight against breast cancer and is doing well.

Natalie was due to return from maternity leave last month, and was keenly looking forward to attending ETBC, having attended the last European-BITUG in London 2017. Natalie however was diagnosed with breast cancer at the beginning of the year and recently completed her surgery.  To say Natalie has been brave throughout this ordeal would be putting it very lightly. Not only has Natalie handled everything with extreme calm and positivity, she has also been inspiringly frank and open, sharing her journey with others in an attempt to encourage everyone to be vigilant. In Natalie’s words “get checked!”.

Though this has been an incredibly difficult time for Natalie and her family, with her surgery now complete she is firmly on the road to recovery, and the evidence below suggests she is going to be just fine:
