At the start of the year, the New to Nonstop (N2NS) Committee committed themselves to supporting newcomers, connecting long‑time Nonstop veterans, and accelerating the transfer of practical knowledge across HPE, vendors and customers.
Rotary Sessions
One clear example of this is when we host monthly rotary sessions. In January, we were joined by Steve Tcherchian, CEO of Xypro, who focused on career growth and development in the HPE Nonstop ecosystem.
Lesson 1: Nonstop careers aren’t linear. Steve shared a candid look at his journey, from hands-on technical experience, to his current executive leadership role.
Lesson 2: Adaptability, leadership under pressure, and the skills that matter most in mission-critical environments where downtime isn’t an option.
