We are very happy with the number of submissions this month as it was a difficult time for many to provide us an article with travel for some to Australia for OzTUG while many more were packing bags for the NonStop Partner Symposium – perhaps the biggest event of the year for many vendors. Your editor is also travelling at this time of the year so this issue is being completed in part while on the road. Thank goodness for the internet and smart devices!
We have a first submission from Keith Townsend – Co-founder of CTO Adviser. Keith is colleague and a HPE Influencer with good insights into where technology is headed – we welcome Keith’s views and look forward to further submissions in the future.
Events and conferences continued and it was good to get perspective from one vendor – this time, Paragon – of the big ACI Exchange 2019 show held recently in Washington DC. There is also news of upcoming IR Summits of interest to NonStop community, particularly those in the payments industry.
All vendors are looking past the Partner Symposium and to the NonStop Technical Boot Camp that will follow in just a few short months – what can we expect to hear from the NonStop team? That’s the topic of the day for all NonStop vendors and many of them have already begun speculating in the articles that they are submitting this month …
We continue to receive a steady flow of pictures taken at events and this month more photos arrived! If you have photos from events you attended then please make sure you get us a copy as we like to keep the community well informed about any and all NonStop events.
Finally, for those with a taste of nostalgia together with a case of seeing everything through rose-tinted glasses, a cursory reference to Led Zeppelin in a post to another site triggered a walk down memory lane by the lads from TSI – and in a clever way, “led” them into a storyline of their own. Check it out and again, don’t ever tempt our vendor community with references to the early ‘70s!
