The latest release of uLinga for Kafka now ships with an AI diagnosis skill — a machine-readable troubleshooting reference that customers can supply to any AI assistant to diagnose trace files, log messages, and configuration issues. The skill covers module identification, error and event codes, Kafka protocol errors, and step-by-step playbooks for common failure scenarios, and is compatible with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar tools.
Traditionally, diagnosing a problem from a uLinga trace file required Infrasoft or reseller support to interpret the trace internals by hand. The AI diagnosis skill removes that bottleneck. It maps every module ID, trace record format, and message code to its diagnostic meaning, so an AI assistant can read a raw trace file or log message, identify the component involved, explain what went wrong, and recommend a resolution. The skill also includes the complete uLinga for Kafka error and event code library, standard Apache Kafka protocol error codes, startup parameter and resource configuration references, and structured triage playbooks for connection, produce, consume, data transformation, and KafkaBridge failures. It is auto-generated from the product source with each release, so it always reflects the version you are running, and it requires no setup beyond attaching it to your AI assistant of choice alongside your trace file or log output.
