Nonstop Veterans and Those New to Nonstop (N2NS)
The 2026 Technology & Business Conference (TBC) brought customers, partners, vendors, and HPE experts together for several busy days of learning, discussion, and collaboration.
Attendees highlighted the welcoming atmosphere, the strong organisation by Connect and the venue team, and the visible presence of New to Nonstop (N2NS).
Across the event, the energy came from a shared commitment to the success of HPE Nonstop and the wider ecosystem.
Fresh Formats and Forward-Looking Ideas
This year’s agenda combined strategic updates with practical examples of how Nonstop continues to evolve. The new Lightning Sessions rewarded speakers who communicated focused ideas clearly and in the compressed, 20-minute session length. AI emerged as a growing theme across several presentations – not to mention the ones wholly focused on the topic.
For the first time, New to Nonstop (N2NS) hosted two coffee meet and greets! We enjoyed providing a method of interacting with those newer to the platform.
The HPE Leadership Panel created an open conversation between customers, partners and HPE.
A Launchpad for New Nonstop Professionals
For people early in their Nonstop careers, TBC offered a rare chance to learn directly from experienced professionals and understand where the platform sits today and where it is heading.
Broad industry perspectives from HPE leaders helped newcomers see the bigger picture, while informal conversations made specialist knowledge more accessible.
Interest in the N2NS mentorship programme grew during the event, and new contributors began exploring ways to expand it—showing how face-to-face connections can accelerate both confidence and career development.
The Conversations That Make TBC Matter
Much of TBC’s value was found beyond the formal sessions. Conversations with customers provided a direct view of current successes and challenges, while unexpected exchanges introduced attendees to perspectives outside their usual technical circles.
In a working world shaped by remote communication, meeting in person made it easier to put faces to names, understand who contributes across the ecosystem and experience the enduring Nonstop spirit—exactly the kind of connection N2NS is designed to foster for people newer to the community.
Long-standing members honoured the community’s legacy, while the growing number of new faces reflected continued investment in its future.
N2NS Builds Momentum for What Comes Next
The second annual N2NS social event gave newcomers an accessible way to meet community leaders, exchange ideas plus find routes into mentoring, education, and future collaboration.
Its success depended on the support of vendors, HPE volunteers and committee members, and it reinforced the importance of creating spaces where people feel welcomed and connected.
As N2NS continues to grow, these relationships will help the next generation carry the Nonstop legacy forward.
